New Jersey Trade Ally Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multifamily Trade Ally Manager to support the implementation of residential multifamily energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with contractors and trade organizations
• Recruit contractors into the multifamily program based on needs and priorities
• Provide ongoing support and training to contractors regarding program updates and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in contractor or trades management
• Previous management experience in training and recruitment
• Proven success in engaging contractors, unions, and trade organizations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects
• New Jersey residency required
