- Assist in collecting service provisions and current service information for team meetings
- Conduct service authorization reviews and confirm approvals from program supervisors
- Analyze service delivery to ensure alignment with service support hours, payroll, and billing records
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Title XIX waiver program rules and regulations
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in recruiting, screening, and evaluating personnel
- Knowledge of current and new funding rules and contracts
