Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Assistant - Legislative Outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily email follow-ups with New Jersey state legislators and their staff
- Track outreach efforts and maintain organized communication records
- Make occasional phone calls to legislative offices to follow up on emails or requests
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administrative support, outreach, advocacy, or public affairs
- Familiarity with New Jersey government or legislative processes is a plus
- Must be able to make phone calls within New Jersey or have access to a reliable calling method
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience using email tracking or CRM tools
