Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Assistant - Legislative Outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily email follow-ups with New Jersey state legislators and their staff
  • Track outreach efforts and maintain organized communication records
  • Make occasional phone calls to legislative offices to follow up on emails or requests
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in administrative support, outreach, advocacy, or public affairs
  • Familiarity with New Jersey government or legislative processes is a plus
  • Must be able to make phone calls within New Jersey or have access to a reliable calling method
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience using email tracking or CRM tools
