Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Workers' Compensation claims in accordance with legal statutes and company guidelines
• Communicate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to manage claims and facilitate return-to-work processes
• Establish claim reserves, ensure timely denial or payment of benefits, and manage litigation when applicable

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of experience handling workers' compensation claims
• Completion of relevant Workers' Compensation training courses
• Workers' Compensation licenses or certifications preferred
• Experience with litigation and New Jersey workers' compensation is required
