Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experience Education and Training Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teammates and healthcare professionals to develop and implement interpersonal communication skills training
Design, build, and implement interpersonal training for health care professionals based on departmental needs
Develop curriculum, provide edits on written material, and drive results in alignment with culture and customer needs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 5+ years of professional experience in curriculum development and training/facilitation
Minimum of 2+ years of health-care experience, Master's degree preferred
Extensive knowledge of Motivational Interviewing concepts
Skilled in promoting cultural diversity
Former clinical experience preferred
