Job Summary
New Media Director, a full-time position responsible for overseeing the strategy and management of digital channels to enhance brand authority and audience engagement, while driving impactful growth through social media, paid acquisition, and influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage cross-platform social media strategies and content tailored to audience behavior and platform algorithms
- Design and optimize integrated paid and organic media campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking
- Establish and scale influencer partnerships to create authentic and impactful campaigns within the tech and AI communities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
- At least 1 year of people management experience
- Proven track record in managing both paid and organic campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Experience with social media publishing platforms and influencer/creator ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with experience using performance tools for campaign measurement
