New Media Manager

Job Summary

To expand the reach of animal-protection campaigns, the remote New Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content across various platforms, and build partnerships with influencers and creators while working full-time hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to advance organizational goals and campaign objectives
• Create and optimize compelling content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and digital partners to enhance audience engagement and growth

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in social media, digital communications, or a related field
• Proven success in growing audiences on major social media platforms
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, particularly in short-form video
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and audience development strategies
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
