Job Summary

Leading a team of remote enrollment specialists, the full-time New Member Enrollment Manager will drive daily performance in enrolling eligible members into chronic care programs while coaching and developing team members to meet production and conversion goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of New Member Specialists focused on outbound enrollment into chronic care programs
  • Drive daily team performance metrics including call volume, conversion rates, and enrollment targets
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve effectiveness and compliance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
  • 4+ years of experience leading call center, enrollment, or customer engagement teams
  • Experience managing remote teams in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
  • Proven success in coaching teams to achieve daily production and conversion goals
  • Strong understanding of call quality and productivity metrics
