Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated New Member Enrollment Specialist, this remote hourly position will engage eligible members through high-volume outbound calls to explain chronic care program benefits, address objections, and facilitate enrollment, achieving daily targets efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to eligible members for chronic care program enrollment
• Utilize approved messaging to explain program benefits and guide members through enrollment steps
• Document call outcomes and maintain follow-up discipline to meet productivity and conversion expectations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, customer service, or enrollment support preferred
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume outbound call environment
• Experience in healthcare or member enrollment is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM or outreach platforms is a plus
