Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Analyst (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Provides support for defining business requirements and quality assurance testing
• Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software components of moderate complexity
• Acts as a liaison between the application team and user community, facilitating communication and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical/business area plus 2 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience working with the Press Ganey application is preferred
