• Certification as a Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent
• Accepted certifications such as CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
• Current experience as a peer with a willingness to acquire necessary certification
• Commitment to personal recovery and ongoing professional development
