Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Support Specialist in New Mexico for a part-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct peer support to members through one-on-one and group sessions
• Assist members in accessing community resources and developing self-sufficiency skills
• Facilitate peer support groups and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Active New Mexico Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) certification
• Actively enrolled in New Mexico Medicaid as a provider
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in peer support, case management, or advocacy services
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in substance use disorder treatment
