Job Summary
To support the Center of Innovation's programs, the full-time New Mexico Certified Program Manager will oversee program and training evaluation, serve as the primary liaison with stakeholders, and provide strategic analysis for program effectiveness, all while working remotely within New Mexico.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee program and training evaluation processes
- Act as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders regarding program performance
- Provide strategic analysis to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree plus 9 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience; Master's degree preferred
- Certified Family Peer Support Worker in New Mexico
- Background in child welfare, behavioral health, and related systems
