Job Summary

Seeking qualified contractors, the remote State of NM Contact Center Agent will manage incoming and outgoing communications, assist customers with eligibility inquiries, and document interactions while working part-time from home in New Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • At least 2 years of call center experience
  • Proficiency with computers, including internet navigation and data entry
  • Reliable internet connection capable of supporting internet-based calls
