Job Summary
Seeking qualified candidates, the remote State of NM Contact Center Agent will manage incoming and outgoing communications via phone, chat, and email while providing exceptional customer service and support for various programs, requiring residency in New Mexico and the ability to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and conduct communications across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and quality
- Document customer interactions and relay accurate information regarding eligibility and benefits
- Assist customers with inquiries related to Medicaid and other medical and income benefits
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- At least 2 years of call center experience
- Proficiency with computers, including internet navigation and data entry
- Reliable internet connection capable of supporting internet-based calls
