Job Summary

Seeking qualified individuals, the remote State of NM Contact Center Agent will provide customer service support through phone, chat, and email, ensuring a positive citizen experience while working on a contract basis for 12 months with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming and conduct outbound communications regarding eligibility questions and benefits
  • Follow established call flows and scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Document customer encounters and relay accurate information regarding benefits and application statuses
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service
  • Minimum of 2 years' call center experience
  • Proficiency with computers, including internet navigation and data entry
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
