Providing compassionate emotional support, the full-time New Mexico Crisis Counselor will deliver telephonic crisis intervention and stabilization services while working remotely from home, requiring a distraction-free environment and reliable internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and intervene in emergent situations
• Maintain accurate documentation and navigate multiple software systems effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• New Mexico residency required for remote work
