New Mexico Group Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Group Leader for Southwest Programs in New Mexico, who will manage logistics, oversee educational delivery, and enhance participant experiences during travel programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre-program briefings and manage on-site logistics, including participant orientation and daily wrap-ups
• Coordinate with local guides and vendors to ensure quality educational content and resolve any on-site issues
• Enhance participant experiences by providing suggestions for free time activities and group dining opportunities

Required qualifications

• Group leadership experience in educational or travel programs, preferably with individuals aged 55+
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience strongly preferred
• Intimate knowledge of the program destination or residency in the region
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to set clear expectations
• Hiking experience and capability to hike with participants in all groups
