Job Summary
To enhance healthcare quality in New Mexico, the full-time remote Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist will plan, facilitate, and implement projects while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with healthcare providers and industry stakeholders
- Oversee the creation and distribution of reports, documents, and educational materials to support project goals
- Facilitate meetings, trainings, and seminars to promote project activities and continuous quality improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related discipline, or Registered Nurse (RN)
- Three to five years of relevant healthcare or project management experience
- Two to three years of experience in process improvement or quality assurance
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
- Experience in patient workflow optimization and clinical operations preferred
