Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthplan Informatics Manager to lead analytics strategies and drive healthcare insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and analytics initiatives to evaluate health-related solutions and services
• Collaborate with workstream Directors to prioritize projects and align analytics with business goals
• Develop performance standards and mentor reporting/analytical staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, healthcare, or quantitative field; Master's degree highly preferred
• Eight or more years of related business intelligence, analytics, and reporting work experience
• Three or more years of management experience directly supervising cross-functional teams
• Experience managing complex projects with diverse teams and developing data-driven initiatives
• Deep healthcare data and statistical analysis experience, with knowledge of program evaluation and BI tools
