Job Summary
To support the Portneuf Medical Center and the New Mexico market, the full-time Human Resources Business Partner will manage HR strategies, align business objectives with employee management, and collaborate across HR functions while working primarily onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with managers and directors to drive results based on business strategy and objectives
- Align business objectives with employees and management while delivering value-added HR services
- Support enterprise-wide HR projects and create HR agendas that reflect corporate strategies and local conditions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of HR experience in healthcare-related business
- SHRM certification and/or extensive knowledge of current HR practices and trends
- Experience facilitating meetings and coaching local managers
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence leaders
