Job Summary
A company is looking for a Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new business opportunities, quoting, marketing, and servicing for an assigned book of business
- Complete certificates, endorsements, audits, claim reporting, applications, and other servicing requests
- Maintain high retention on existing accounts and ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a P&C License
- 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to attend training sessions and maintain licensing requirements
- Experience in customer service and interpersonal relations
