Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Business Commercial Lines Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new business opportunities, quoting, marketing, and servicing for an assigned book of business
  • Complete certificates, endorsements, audits, claim reporting, applications, and other servicing requests
  • Maintain high retention on existing accounts and ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies


Required Qualifications
  • Must possess a P&C License
  • 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to attend training sessions and maintain licensing requirements
  • Experience in customer service and interpersonal relations
