Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Parent-Implemented ABA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional analytic assessments focusing on caregiver strengths and needs
• Develop and oversee individualized, caregiver-mediated ABA treatment plans
• Coach and provide real-time feedback to caregivers for effective intervention implementation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric population
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional assessments and behavior intervention plans
• At least 1 year of telehealth supervision experience
