Job Summary
Seeking a mission-driven New Mexico Licensed BCBA, the remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead and mentor RBTs while conducting behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and consulting with families to enhance care for children with autism.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
- Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality implementation of care
- Consult with families on treatment goals and strategies, providing clear instructions and feedback
Required qualifications
- BCBA certification and a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population and in applied settings
- Experience in telehealth supervision for at least one year
- General knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and managerial experience
- Proficient computer skills in Excel and database management
