New Mexico Licensed Behavior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) regarding client and family concerns
• Record and track daily progress for clients and provide immediate feedback to families

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BCBA certification and a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population in an applied setting
• General knowledge and experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Managerial experience and proficiency in computer skills, including Excel and database management
• 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience and ability to work within specified hours
