Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telehealth Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
- Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) regarding client and family concerns
- Record and track daily progress for clients and provide immediate feedback to families
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- BCBA certification and a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population in an applied setting
- General knowledge and experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Managerial experience and proficiency in computer skills, including Excel and database management
- 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience and ability to work within specified hours
