Job Summary
Seeking a mission-driven, technology-forward New Mexico Licensed Behavior Analyst, the remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct assessments, develop and implement ABA treatment plans, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians while leveraging innovative technology to enhance care delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct behavior and functional analytic assessments to inform treatment plans
- Develop and oversee case supervision and clinical management for clients
- Provide training and support to families and RBTs on treatment strategies and goals
Required qualifications
- BCBA certification and a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population in an applied setting
- Experience in conducting functional assessments and developing behavior plans
- Proficient in computer skills including Excel and database management
- 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience
