Job Summary
Seeking a mission-driven, bilingual (English/Spanish) New Mexico Licensed Behavior Analyst, the part-time telehealth BCBA will conduct behavior assessments, develop and implement ABA treatment plans, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians while ensuring high-quality care delivery remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments and develop case supervision and clinical management
- Implement ABA treatment plans while consulting with RBTs and families on treatment strategies
- Record and track client progress accurately, providing immediate feedback to clients and families
Required qualifications
- BCBA certification and a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population and in applied settings
- Experience in telehealth supervision for over a year
- General knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or CO, with availability to work between 8 am-5 pm MT
