Job Summary

Seeking a part-time, remote New Mexico Licensed Behavior Analyst, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct assessments, develop and implement ABA treatment plans, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) during afternoon hours from 3-6pm MT.

Key responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavior and functional analytic assessments to inform treatment strategies
  • Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans while providing guidance to RBTs on client and family concerns
  • Engage families in the treatment process by setting goals and training them on effective strategies
Required qualifications:
  • BCBA certification and a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population in an applied setting
  • Experience in conducting functional assessments and developing behavior plans
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Excel and database management
  • Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO, with the ability to work within the specified hours
