Job Summary
Seeking a mission-driven, technology-forward New Mexico Licensed Behavior Analyst, the remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), conduct assessments, and develop individualized ABA treatment plans to improve outcomes for children with autism.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct behavior or functional analytic assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
- Mentor and supervise RBTs, ensuring high-quality implementation of treatment strategies
- Engage with clients and families to set treatment goals and provide training on carryover skills
Required qualifications:
- BCBA certification with at least 1 year of experience
- Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population in an applied setting
- Experience with telehealth supervision for over a year
- Proficient in computer skills, including Excel and database management
