Job Summary

A company is looking for a LCSW or LPCC Behavioral Health Clinician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, triage, and manage patients with behavioral health problems across various settings
  • Perform counseling and case management, including assessment, diagnosis, and planning care
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes and provide clinical supervision to adjunctive therapists and interns


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Master's Degree in social work or counseling
  • Current NM LCSW or LPCC license
  • Experience in behavioral health settings
  • Ability to develop behavioral health change plans and protocols
  • Knowledge of risk management documentation and follow-up actions
