Job Summary
A company is looking for a LCSW or LPCC Behavioral Health Clinician.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, triage, and manage patients with behavioral health problems across various settings
- Perform counseling and case management, including assessment, diagnosis, and planning care
- Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) processes and provide clinical supervision to adjunctive therapists and interns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's Degree in social work or counseling
- Current NM LCSW or LPCC license
- Experience in behavioral health settings
- Ability to develop behavioral health change plans and protocols
- Knowledge of risk management documentation and follow-up actions
