Job Summary
To support a comprehensive Behavioral Health team, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will provide assessment and evidence-based care to individuals, families, and groups in various settings, including emergency departments and outpatient clinics, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identifies, triages, and manages patients with behavioral health problems, developing specific care plans and protocols
- Performs counseling and case management, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
- Participates in continuous quality improvement processes and provides clinical supervision to adjunctive therapists and interns
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or counseling
- Current New Mexico LCSW or LPCC license
- Experience in behavioral health settings, including inpatient and outpatient services
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for behavioral health conditions
- Ability to perform risk management documentation and follow-up actions
