Job Summary

To support a comprehensive Behavioral Health team, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will provide assessment and evidence-based care to individuals, families, and groups in various settings, including emergency departments and outpatient clinics, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Identifies, triages, and manages patients with behavioral health problems, developing specific care plans and protocols
  • Performs counseling and case management, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
  • Participates in continuous quality improvement processes and provides clinical supervision to adjunctive therapists and interns
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work or counseling
  • Current New Mexico LCSW or LPCC license
  • Experience in behavioral health settings, including inpatient and outpatient services
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for behavioral health conditions
  • Ability to perform risk management documentation and follow-up actions
