New Mexico Licensed Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

To support behavioral health and substance abuse care management, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will engage with members, complete assessments, and collaborate with treatment teams while working remotely from New Mexico.

Key responsibilities:

• Engage members transitioning through various levels of behavioral health care
• Complete member assessments and educate on available resources and services
• Coordinate care with providers and treatment teams to address barriers to service

Required qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Active and unrestricted license in New Mexico (LP, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
• 2+ years of experience in a related mental health environment
• 1+ years of experience working with community resources in New Mexico
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and have a dedicated in-home workspace with secure, high-speed internet
