Job Summary
To support behavioral health and substance abuse care management, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Behavioral Health Manager will engage with members, complete assessments, and collaborate with treatment teams while working remotely from New Mexico.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage members transitioning through various levels of behavioral health care
- Complete member assessments and educate on available resources and services
- Coordinate care with providers and treatment teams to address barriers to service
Required qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active and unrestricted license in New Mexico (LP, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
- 2+ years of experience in a related mental health environment
- 1+ years of experience working with community resources in New Mexico
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and have a dedicated in-home workspace with secure, high-speed internet
