Job Summary
Managing complex workers' compensation claims, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service, all while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute decision-making to analyze and resolve claims in accordance with policies and regulations
- Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support outcomes
- Investigate and evaluate claims, applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active New Mexico Adjusters' license
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Experience with claims and business software
