Managing complex workers' compensation claims, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties for effective resolution, and provide exceptional customer service, all while working fully remotely.

Execute decision-making to analyze and resolve claims in accordance with policies and regulations
Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support outcomes
Investigate and evaluate claims, applying analytical skills for informed decision-making

Required qualifications

High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
Active New Mexico Adjusters' license
Knowledge of industry standards and practices
Experience with claims and business software
