Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage complex claims in New Mexico, utilizing their expertise to analyze exposure, resolve claims, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and claimants.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve workers compensation claims effectively
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the claims file outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active New Mexico Adjusters' license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
