Job Summary

To support a dynamic claims team, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Claims Representative will manage workers' compensation claims by conducting timely investigations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely investigations and compliance with statutory guidelines
  • Provide benefit oversight and maintain productive business relationships with customers to enhance their experience
  • Utilize critical thinking and technology to analyze data and achieve accurate claim outcomes
Required qualifications:
  • Prior experience in workers' compensation insurance claim handling is preferred
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must reside in New Mexico and obtain a State Adjuster's License within one year of hire
