Job Summary
To support a dynamic claims team, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Claims Representative will manage workers' compensation claims by conducting timely investigations, ensuring financial accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Effectively manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely investigations and compliance with statutory guidelines
- Provide benefit oversight and maintain productive business relationships with customers to enhance their experience
- Utilize critical thinking and technology to analyze data and achieve accurate claim outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Prior experience in workers' compensation insurance claim handling is preferred
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must reside in New Mexico and obtain a State Adjuster's License within one year of hire
