• Supervise and encourage a Workers Compensation claims team handling various caseloads
• Guide the team to adhere to best practices and manage workloads effectively
• Oversee adjuster hiring and training, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed in New Mexico
• Prior supervisory experience of 1-2+ years
• Knowledge of team member related functions
