Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Care Services for a remote position supporting New Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee medical management functions to achieve business and clinical outcomes, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and accreditation standards
• Lead the evaluation of the utilization management program, identifying improvement opportunities and managing cost of care initiatives
• Conduct audits and prepare performance reports, ensuring quality standards are met in daily operations and training staff as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in utilization management operations
• 5+ years of experience in health care quality improvement
• Current licensure in a relevant field (e.g., RN, LCSW, LPC)
• Experience overseeing contractual performance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or a Master's in Behavioral Health
