Job Summary
The full-time salaried New Mexico Licensed Clinical Educator will design and deliver engaging training programs for clinicians and teams, transforming complex EHRs into user-friendly learning experiences while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement curriculum focused on adult learning principles and real-world workflows
- Conduct dynamic virtual classes and create multimedia content to support user training
- Collaborate with clinical informatics partners and stakeholders to enhance system adoption and optimization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, or Healthcare
- Epic certification in one or more modules within 6 months of hire
- 2 years of experience in designing and delivering education and training materials
- 2 years of experience with clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
- If applicable, an active license as a Registered Nurse or other clinical certification
