Job Summary
Transforming complex EHRs into engaging learning experiences, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Clinical Educator will design and deliver innovative training programs for clinicians and teams, focusing on adoption and optimization of clinical information systems in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement effective curriculum and training materials for clinical informatics
- Conduct dynamic virtual classes and provide go-live support to ensure user confidence and capability
- Collaborate with clinical informatics partners and stakeholders to enhance learning experiences and drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, Healthcare, or equivalent experience
- Epic certification in one or more modules to be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Active license as a Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical certification, if applicable
- Two years of experience in designing and delivering education and training materials
- Two years of experience supporting clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
