Job Summary
Leading a team of clinical program managers, the full-time salaried New Mexico Licensed Clinical Manager will oversee the execution and optimization of internal and vendor-supported clinical programs aimed at enhancing population health and quality performance while collaborating across multiple departments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of clinical program managers and/or clinical staff
- Oversee execution and operations of clinical programs and ensure alignment with population health strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and select clinical vendors, establishing KPIs and monitoring performance
Required qualifications
- Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, or relevant discipline) required
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (MPH, MHA, MSN, or MBA) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in population health, clinical program management, or health plan operations
- 1-3 years of leadership experience
- Experience with vendor management and knowledge of HEDIS and population health principles
