Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client relationships and health plan goals while understanding health plan operations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to identify and resolve drug therapy problems
• Lead the design and implementation of clinical pharmacy programs to enhance member care

Required Qualifications

• PharmD from an accredited college or university
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in their state of residence
• 5+ years of direct clinical pharmacist experience in a non-retail pharmacy environment
• 5+ years of health plan or Pharmacy Benefit Management experience
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and report generation
