Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the New Mexico Licensed Clinical Registrar will screen cancer cases, assist with case identification and data entry, and perform quality control procedures on data.

Key responsibilities

• Screen cancer cases in a virtual environment
• Assist with case identification and data entry
• Perform quality control procedures on data

Required qualifications

• College-level curriculum in cancer data management, health information, or a health-related discipline or equivalent education/experience
• Experience abstracting newly diagnosed cancer cases
• Familiarity with working in an ACoS approved Cancer Registry
• Knowledge of Cancer Registry software
