Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried New Mexico Licensed Clinical Supervisor will oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists providing telehealth services to the Medicaid community while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor Associate Therapists as they work towards full licensure
  • Provide guidance on clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with Medicaid guidelines
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure a smooth supervisory process and support for associates
Required qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work
  • A valid LCSW license in good standing in the state of New Mexico
  • Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
  • Proven experience guiding associates to full licensure
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation practices
