Job Summary
To support a growing team of associate-level clinicians, the remote contract Licensed Clinical Supervisor in New Mexico will provide board-required clinical supervision and guidance toward full licensure while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians, ensuring compliance with board requirements
- Guide associates through the licensure process while delivering telehealth services to Medicaid members
- Maintain a flexible supervision structure that aligns with personal practice and professional goals
Required qualifications
- Valid LCSW license in good standing in New Mexico with board approval for clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
