Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor to provide support to individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals over the phone, providing emotional support and crisis intervention
• Assess risk, maintain accurate documentation, and provide resources and referrals as needed
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services
• Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral healthcare field
• Experience in crisis support or similar roles is highly valued
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
