A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Las Cruces, NM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software systems effectively
• Emotional resilience and capability to handle various call types
• Regular availability on weekends and holidays post-training
