A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Farmington, NM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to multitask effectively while using multiple software systems
• Emotional resilience and capacity to handle various levels of crisis calls
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
