Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Alamogordo, NM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation and effectively multitask using multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• New Mexico residency required for remote work
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the schedule
• Must have a distraction-free, private office space with a locking door and reliable internet connection
