Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, conduct risk assessments, and deliver crisis intervention services while working remotely from New Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide appropriate resources and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation while effectively multitasking across multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• New Mexico residency required for remote work
