Job Summary

Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with callers facing emotional, behavioral, and situational challenges while working remotely from New Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively across multiple software systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• New Mexico residency required for remote work
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space with a locked door
• Access to hard-wired broadband or fiber internet with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
